Custom API Development

Application programming interfaces (APIs) power the most complex of applications. But how do you build one?

Custom API development and Integration

Application Programming Interface (API) is required to any web solution, software module, plugin, web application, or web design as it lays down the protocols / standards to access a web based applications and allow each client application to communicate with cloud-based backend application. The user interface we build fetches data stored on the cloud and updates data fields entered by users via APIs. Most APIs are either SOAP or REST APIs and they respond with data in XML or JSON format. Our industry-specific approach to API management address issues related to the sharing of data, business logic, content, micro-services and communications.

Our Services

API Development Services

Syspedia provide API development services with tailored results for organizations .Regardless of the protocol used, we offer well-organized code design with secure authentication that ensures the best performance of web and mobile applications. To deliver the most stable APIs, our team constantly engages in research and testing. All the APIs that we develop are not only robust they are also very stable. We take care of everything from concept development to complete testing and seamless integration of the API's developed.

API Integration

We integrate different business systems and processes, add web service functionality to existing applications and synchronize data across applications. We integrate APIs from third-party apps and databases into most products we build and we'd love to help you enhance your product with API integrations.

How Does it Work

Think of an API as a pipeline from one system to another. What one system wants to retrieve, it requests from the other system, typically via an API that is made available by the provider. The best way to explain is with some real world examples:

  • E-Commerce: If you build a subscription website, you may want to integrate a payment gateway to process user payments either one time or on a scheduled basis. Systems such as Stripe or Braintree allow you to integrate your system with their payment capabilities via an API connection. Both providers make public API documentation, which your system can in turn utilize to develop your applications connection to their gateways.
  • Lead Generation: If you are in the business of lead generation, you may want to utilize an API in both the sending and receiving direction. For example, custom lead generation sites may utilize API connectivity to store leads gathered across a complex digital ecosystem. On the opposite side, you may want to send leads to a marketing or sales system.
  • Powering Mobile Apps: Every mobile app that requires "cloud" storage utilizes an API to communicate with the world. The "Cloud" is simply a series of servers that are in a data center storing information in a database or similar. Without an API, there is no way for this data to be shared.
